Tel Aviv: A 77 sq. meter, 3.5-room, first ground condo with a 12 sq. meter balcony, storage room and parking, slated for demolition and substitute by a 90 sq. meter condo in an city renewal program, though last approval has not but been obtained, on Rama Avenue in Neve Sharet was offered for NIS 2.74 million (Actual Capital).

Yavne A 73 sq. meter, three-room, fourth ground condo on Hadror Avenue in Neot Ben Gurion was offered for NIS 1.71 million. A 166 sq. meter, five-room, second ground condo with parking on Hadugit Avenue in Yavne Yaroka was offered for NIS 3.22 million. A 107 sq. meter, four-room, seventh ground condo on Hashahaf Avenue within the Vatika neighborhood was offered for NIS 2.53 million. A 195 sq. meter, six-room, second ground condo with parking on Hamashot Avenue in Yavne Hayaroka was offered for NIS 3.3 million. A 165 sq. meter, six-room, semi-detached home with a 204 sq. meter backyard on Mivtza Tashach Avenue within the east of the town was offered for NIS 3.25 million.

Ma’aleh Adumim A 90 sq. meter, four-room, floor ground condo on Ha’Oneg Avenue within the north of the town was offered for NIS 1.16 million. A 150 sq. meter, five-room, third ground condo with a 128 sq. meter backyard and parking on Hatzalaf Avenue within the Masua neighborhood was offered for NIS 2.9 million. A 130 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condo on Hashita Avenue within the south of the town was offered for NIS 2.13 million.

Beersheva and the south

Kiryat Malakhi A 58 sq. meter, three-room, fourth ground condo on Herzl Avenue was offered for NIS 890,000. A 122 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condo on Ha’te’enah Avenue within the Karmei Hanadiv neighborhood was offered for NIS 1.8 million. A 88 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condo on Rakefet Avenue within the Ganei Shmuel was offered for NIS 1.4 million.

Kiryat Gat A 106 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condo owith parking on Eilon Hazvuluni Avenue within the Malkei Yisrael neighborhood was offered for NIS 1.45 million. A 74 sq. meter, three-room, first ground condo on Shderot Lachish was offered for NIS 1.08 million. A 140 sq. meter, five-room, eighth ground condo on Shderot Lachish was offered for NIS 2.96 million.







Omer A 199 sq. meter, five-room home on Nurit Avenue was offered for NIS 3.5 million. A 237 sq. meter, seven-room home on a 570 sq. meter lot on Rakefet Avenue was offered for NIS 3.9 million. A 130 sq. meter, four-room, semi-detached home on Hadar Avenue was offered for Nis 2.52 million.
